加藤千恵先生お勧めの全卵用のやわらかいホイッパー。厚焼きスポンジをしばらく練習していて久々のカトルカールでしたが、今までの苦労はなんだったのか、というくらい、全卵の泡立てが楽になりました。このホイッパーさまさまです。
