1997年12月、近所のさとうさんにうちでしめさばのつくり方を講習?して、はじめて4尾(1.6キロ、1350円)ものさばをしめさばにしました。そ のときにとった画像データはほったらかしにしてました。でも98年はじめ、ロンドンにいる大学時代の先輩、おばたさんからリクエストをもらったので、しめ さばのつくりかたを書いてみることにしました。  続きを見る »

1歳～15歳の製図が載っています。デザイン的にもかなりこっているものも多く、製図を読み解くのが大変で参考書が他にたくさん必要ですが、かっこいいのがたくさん載っています。点数がとても多いです。  続きを見る »
