りんご入りキャラメルクグロフ12cm

12cmは初です。

14cmでつくっていて腰が折れて困っていたのが、12cmの型になって、解決しました。

やわらかい生地なので、高さをたもてなかったのかも???

先生のところの12cmのクグロフ型、この分厚い型は、とても気に入ってしまいました。

お鍋が、重くてもぶ厚いののほうが好きな人は、もしかして、お菓子の型も、ぶ厚いののほうが好きかも。

(長時間焼くケーキの場合)

りんごがまだ何回分か冷凍ストックがあるから、すっかり季節はずれだけど、、、

まぁ試作ということでおやつに、、、。

型のバター塗りは、もう少し丁寧にしましょう。
グラスはまだまだ課題多しです。とりあえず、いくら時間がないときでも、出かける直前にするのはやめましょう。。。
