生協の班でかぼちゃを箱買いしてたころに、１日に３～４コのかぼちゃを食べきるために買った本です。お菓子だけでなくお料理ものってます。

カスタードのお菓子は、卵白が余ってしまうから困りものだけど…おいしいし、子供向けのやさしい味です。この本のトライフル、ボールの中にうすく焼いたスポンジを棒状に切って並べてクリームをつめて…できあがりが意表をついてかわいらしく、大好きです。
