卵黄のKAを、高速(10)　多→中速(6) 3分くらいでテスト。

ヴァローナのカカオパウダー　大匙1は、6gくらいでした。

あ、生クリームも、ラム酒も、入れ忘れました、、、。がーん。

お友達のお誕生日プレゼント用の、ホールケーキ2こ、あと1こがまた、あと2こに、、、。

(→多少焼き面が硬かったけど、見た目はこちらのほうがきれいなくらいでした。あきらめてカットしてしまったけど、おいしかったです。)
