焼き上がり、ひっくり返したところ、ふくらみすぎたところが、つぶれてしまう形に、、、。
もっとあわせて、生地をゆるめたほうがよかったか、、、

(KAで、卵黄側を、たぶん立てすぎたのですね、、、5月は、これに気がつかず、けっこう泣きました。)
