レモンのマーマレード

マーマレードは、甘夏で長いことつくり、昨年からニューサマーオレンジ。今年はレモンにも挑戦と思ったのだけれど、、、

レモンを丸のまま茹でるという斬新な方法で、少し心配はあったのですが、、、
やはり苦味が強く、ちょっと日本人にはきついかも、、、。

湯でこぼしなどについての指定がなかったけれど、追加したほうがよさそう。来年こそは。
