これもけっこう、いろいろな人のレシピを試しました。なかなかうまく焼けなくて。で、たどりついたのは、ミキサーを使うレシピ。これはとても簡単です。そ れから、マトファーのクレープパン(フライパン)です。厚手の鉄？で、ふちがほとんどないので、とても焼きやすいです。3000円内くらいと手ごろな値段 ですし、ホットケーキ、どら焼き、薄焼き卵、お好み焼きなどにも便利。
クレープも、デザートに、というよりは、お休みの日の朝食になることが多いです。甘～い朝食ですが・・・。
