洋ナシのコンポート

ル・クルーゼの24cmのおなべは、ジャムをつくるときも、コンポートをつくるときも、お豆を煮るときも、などほんとに、手作りにするのにはすごく重宝するおなべです。2つを、とっかえひっかえ使っています。圧力鍋でつくる方法もなんどか試しているのですが、時間がある場合や量が多い場合は、中身が見える状態で煮るほうが微調整がきいて、かえって楽な気がします。(ちなみにこの写真は圧力鍋。少量なら圧力鍋、たくさんならル･クルーゼかな。)
