厚焼きスポンジの予習1

今見ると、網目くっきり、底面も焼き色薄く、焼きが甘すぎ、、、。が一目でわかるのですが、当時はこのあたりで伸び悩んでいました。

先生の本には、何センチになっていればよいか、という目安はとくになく、
初心者向けの本で2枚スライス、3枚スライスができる高さがあればよいのかなぁとは思ったのですが、どうももっと高さがあるような、、、1cmx3=3cm強、1.5cmx3=4.5cm強、うーん、と悩んでいました。
