カトルカールの復習2

マトファー角型16cm

ノートより「h2.4～2.7cm、いまひとつ高さが足りない・・・。」(混ぜがまだ足りなかったみたい。当時はマトファー中ホイッパーを使用のため)

復習1よりも、バターのすじが多い気がする。ただ均等にはいっているので、たぶん「熱々の溶かしバター」のところの温度が、やや低かったのではないかと思う。さめたバターが重くなってしまった?(→これでもおいしいんだけど、ふわふわではないけど、かたくはない程度)」
