カトルカールの復習9

端しか残っていないけれど、上から、復習6、7、8、9です。

復習6は、混ぜ、いいところですぐストップ、あわせ少
復習7は、食感△、つまっている、(塩の入れ忘れのせいかと思います)
復習8は、混ぜすぎて(なんと、手なのに)ゆるくなってしまいました
復習9は、あわせ多。真ん中は落ちたけれど、食感はふわふわ。

復習 6～9で比較すると、かなり落ちたけれど、全体的にふわふわ感は、けっきょく6が一番。お引越しができそうなくらいになったらすぐストップしたのがよかったのかも。7と8はたぶん泡立てすぎ。
