結婚してから買った本です。見た目は地味だけど、簡単で、切り分け保存も楽なパウンドケーキ。シフォンケーキもこの本で勉強しました。二つの形のケーキが本の半分づつという構成。それぞれ基本のプレーン味のレシピで、とてもくわしく写真入りで説明があり、あとは味のバリエーションいろいろ。前半のパウンド形だけでも十分価値あると思います。前半部分は初心者にもおすすめ。
