アイスを上手につくりたくて買いました。かわった味のバリエーションはいろいろあるけれど、基本的なバニラアイスとかがのってないのが残念。そのうちデロンギのアイスクリームメーカーを使うようになって、それで満足してました。シャンペンやハーブティのグラニタものってます。生クリームの代わりに牛乳でつくるジェラートのレシピも数種。力仕事はアイスクリームメーカーにまかせることにしても、つくらなくちゃー。
