いちごが生協で届いたのと、生クリームを他で買うのと、タイミングがあわず、(ということはよくあることなので、やはりそういう条件でもつくれるように試作しておいたほうが、うちの場合はよいかな、と)数日前に冷凍したいちごで。

ミキサーかFPか、やはり水分がないときはFPが無難でした。とりあえず、ミキサーを使いましたが、冷凍の場合は特に無理がありました。よくかき混ぜながら進めました。次回からは絶対FPで。 続きを見る »
