パート・シュクレの3倍量仕込み(KA)

引き菓子しこみのためには、やはり量を、、、ということで、4倍はやはり周りにとびそうで、、、。3倍でテストしてみました。ホイッパー。バターのスタートがややかたかったからか、ホイッパーに生地がしっかりと入り込んでしまうので、つききりでした、、、。

後日、アーモンドクッキーの3倍量仕込みの時に解決しました。砂糖を、この量で3回に分けるだけでは生地がしまりすぎていたのでした。もう少し小分けにして加えたら、ホイッパーに入らずokでした。
