4時ころダブルハートでケースをつくり、、、

ローズジャムをいれ(このときはプロバンスのローズジャムがまだなく、母のお土産のブルガリアの)

ガナッシュを流し、

夜9時ころ?　ケースを閉じました。

ケースに手間取ったために、ガナッシュが待ちすぎて、それを再度ゆるめてなんてしているうちに、うまくゆるめられず、

変です。。。

ローズシロップも入れ忘れてしまっています、、、。

まだ慣れないのであたふたしてました。
