06.アーモンドケーキ

日持ちもするので、プレゼント向き。マトファーのケークドロワー型にして、とても美しくなりました。アーモンドプードルの銘柄を少し試行錯誤中。それから、ラッピングも考えないと。。。すっかりマスターしたら、マトファー16cmケークドロワー、14cmマルグリットと展開していきたいです。

幅広なパウンド型ではきれいな形がでません・・・。せっかくこんなにおいしいケーキなので、とケークドロワ型に替えることにしました。

シフターを大きなもの(口径12cmくらい)に替えて初。

なんと使いやすくて油断して、19gもシフターに残してしまいました・・・。そのため、驚くようなおいしさでしたが、、、高さが出ませんでした。
